About the Role

Most work begins with a genuine business problem rather than a predefined technical task. You'll work alongside our engineering team to understand how a workflow operates, identify bottlenecks, design a solution, implement it using contemporary development workflows, validate the implementation, and ensure it performs reliably within production.

Projects frequently span multiple parts of our platform, including databases, backend services, APIs, frontend applications, automation workflows, and operational tooling.
