Lead an 8-person EUC team, ensuring seamless IT support for Windows and macOS environments in a quick-paced startup. Manage EUC tools (Jira, MDM, AV), develop SOPs, and provide exceptional support, especially to management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the EUC team.
- Manage Windows/macOS, MDM, AV, and Jira.
- Develop and maintain SOPs.
- Handle management-level support requests.
- Manage Video Conference (AV) products
- Proactively solve technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Windows and macOS.
- People management experience.
- Startup environment experience.
- Expertise in Jira, MDM, and AV.
- SOP development knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Video conference (AV) product knowledge.
