The prospect

The position is within EY Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) in GDS (Global Delivery Services) team and will be aligned to the Communications and Engagement (CE) pillar. As an Associate Director, you will be in the senior-most rank in the team, instrumental in delivering on the strategic priorities of EY CE and other initiatives. You will work closely with the BMC in GDS CE Pillar Leader and the EY global CE Strategy and Planning lead, contributing to the execution of strategic, firm-wide, integrated communications plans/campaigns/initiatives that connect colleagues to EY’s strategy, vision, and culture.



You will support the strategic and operational aspects of the pillar, including working with clients and team members.

Your key responsibilities
- Support the evolution of our internal communications infrastructure towards a more digital engagement model
- Understand the business and employee needs to utilize the right communications tools and channels for engagement, awareness, and collaboration
- Support strategy and delivery of high-quality communications, including drafting content, via a range of channels - including video, webcasts, newsletters, intranet, e-mail, digital design, and enterprise social media – working with CE colleagues.
- Collaborate with Communications and Engagement Pillar clients – Global, Area, and Function CE leadership to understand their communications needs and expectations
