Job Role
The function of this role is ensure the business impacts of critical and complex outages in area of IP/MPLS backbone, Internet networks and critical enterprise services are minimized by identifying root cause and resolving issues in time, round the clock. He/she would be accountable to minimize the impact of the network changes, reduction in human errors by driving change process effectively.
