Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and leadership-driven Finance Skilled to oversee financial
operations, compliance, and reporting across our international entities. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting lifecycle, regional budgeting, local compliance,



and team management. The ideal candidate will blend rigorous technical expertise in financial reporting with strong people leadership skills to guide a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Management Insights
Monthly Analysis: Drive monthly geographic-level profit and loss (P&L;), balance sheet, and cash flow statement reviews, delivering clear narrative commentary on variances.
Balance Sheet Governance: Oversee the composition, reconciliation, and analytical review of monthly balance sheet schedules.
Multi-Region MIS: Formulate consolidated and standalone P&L; statements (actuals + projections) to prepare comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports for the Canada, UK, Mexico, and Spain.

Compliance & Statutory Reporting
Local GAAP Financials: Lead the preparation of financial statements and mandatory disclosure notes for entities in Canada, UK,
