We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 4–5 years of experience in building enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query (M Language), SQL, and dimensional data modeling is essential. The role involves designing scalable semantic models, optimizing report performance, implementing ETL processes, and integrating data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Azure SQL, SharePoint, Excel, REST APIs, and cloud platforms. Candidates should be proficient in Power BI Service, Gateway configuration, Row-Level Security (RLS), DirectQuery, Import mode, and incremental refresh. Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Microsoft Fabric is preferred. You will collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver reliable reporting solutions, ensure data quality, troubleshoot performance issues, and follow BI governance and security best practices.
