Requirements
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery (DNB, MS, or equivalent) from a recognized medical institution.
- Minimum of 1+ year of post-graduation clinical experience in a hospital or specialized neurosurgical unit.
- Proven expertise in neurosurgical treatment protocols, including advanced surgical techniques and emergency neurosurgical interventions.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Transcatheter Perfusion Angiography (TPA) for acute stroke and cerebral ischemia management.
- Robust understanding of neuroimaging interpretation and intraoperative neuromonitoring.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and crisis management skills under pressure.
- Valid medical license and registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent authority.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning in neurosurgical advancements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
