We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with hands-on experience in test planning, test execution, and defect management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, API testing, performance testing basics, and CI/CD workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Conduct API testing using Postman to validate business logic, performance, and data integrity.
- Work with MySQL to validate backend data, prepare queries, and ensure data accuracy.
- Review and analyze application logs to identify issues and support debugging.
- Collaborate with development teams to track, report, and manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle, ensuring minimal bug leakage.
- Use JMeter for basic understanding and contribution to performance testing.
- Participate in CI/CD processes (Jenkins) to support testing within automated pipelines.




- Utilize Git and build tools for version control and collaboration.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL (writing queries, validating data).
- Practical experience with Postman for API testing.
- Familiarity with JMeter for performance testing basics.
- Experience working with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to analyze application logs for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of automation workflows (optional).
