Job Description: Sr. Manager – Finance Transformation

Role Overview

The Finance Transformation Sr. Manager will lead and execute transformation initiatives across the Finance Managed Services, helping the organization shift from traditional finance operations to a up-to-date, insight driven, technology enabled finance ecosystem. This role requires deep functional knowledge across all business finance processes combined with a strong understanding of emerging digital technologies, ERP platforms, automation solutions, analytics, and industry best practices.

The Sr. Manager will collaborate with finance leadership, cross functional stakeholders, and technology teams to design and deliver future ready operating models, processes, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Transformation Strategy & Roadmap




- Develop comprehensive current state assessments, gap analyses, and future state operating models aligned to industry benchmarks and leading practices.
- Build and maintain finance transformation roadmaps, incorporating key enablers such as process redesign, talent capability uplift, automation, analytics, and technology modernization.
- Support creation of transformation business cases, KPIs, and benefits realization frameworks.

Business Finance Process Expertise
- Lead transformation initiatives across core finance processes, including:
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- Record to Report (R2R)
- Emphasize the need for end to end process reviews, standardization, and alignment with target operating models for transformation readiness.

Technology Enabled Transformation
- Champion modernization of the Finance Managed Services through advanced technologies:
- ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc.) and their transformat
