This role combines business partnering and talent management responsibilities, ensuring that people strategies are aligned with business objectives and contribute to sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership teams to build a high-performance culture, strengthen employee engagement, enhance workforce productivity, and support talent development initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of HR practices, stakeholder management, employee relations,



and talent acquisition within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

- Serve as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring timely and quality hiring across business functions and locations.
- Support manpower planning, workforce forecasting, succession planning, and internal talent mobility programs.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and development planning.
