Job Description: Senior Manager – Mining Digital Transformation

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Mining Digital Transformation will play a key role in driving digital, analytics, and automation initiatives for global mining clients. This role requires a strong mining domain professional with 8+ years of overall work experience, including a minimum of 5 years with a large mining organization, combined with hands-on exposure to digital transformation programs, drilling automation, and contemporary mining technologies.

The candidate will collaborate closely with mining operations teams, digital engineering groups, and client stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions across the mining value chain. Experience working with global mining clients, particularly in the Australia region, is highly preferred.





Key Responsibilities
- Mining Digital & Analytics Solutions
- Support the design and delivery of digital transformation initiatives across mining operations, including mine planning, drilling, blasting, and production optimization.
- Contribute to solution architectures for data-driven mining use cases, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and operational technology (OT) data.
- Translate mining business requirements into scalable digital and analytics solutions aligned with operational realities.
- Support development of end-to-end analytics pipelines, from data ingestion and modelling through deployment and operationalization.
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for data quality, security, governance, and compliance.
- Delivery Execution & Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor project teams comprising data analysts, engineers, automation specialists, and mining SMEs.
