In the People & Culture Services organization, our mission is to deliver exceptional value for the business through leading-edge people & culture services putting our employees and managers front and center - leveraging SAP’s game-changing technology. To support SAP’s People Agenda, a key priority of the global P&C; Services organization is to support the successful roll-out of our People Agenda in 2026 and beyond across all SAP countries beyond Germany.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As Head of People & Culture (P&C;) for India,



you will be responsible for making SAP’s People Agenda a reality in India, driving high employee engagement and creating a consistent high-performance and growth culture environment.

This role orchestrates global people and culture services, policies and programs for local adoption, positioning SAP as a top employer in the market and supporting its business growth in India. You will have the opportunity to be highly visible and create meaningful impact for more than 17,500 employees in Bangalore, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai and Hyderabad. India has representation of all Board areas with Product Engineering & Customer Value Group being the largest Board areas in presence.

While working closely with other P&C; functions in India, your key stakeholders will include the Managing Directors of SAP Labs India, and market unit which is SAP India Pvt Ltd as well their local leadership teams. You will also work closely with the Finance Control
