Senior Consultant – Market Access (US)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our agile Value and Access team, focusing on US market access strategies for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of payer dynamics, pricing strategies, reimbursement landscapes, and evidence requirements across major healthcare systems.

This role involves leading project workstreams, developing client relationships, and delivering strategic insights that shape access, pricing, and launch readiness for innovative therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership And Client Management
- Lead and manage key workstreams within consulting projects, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong,



trust-based relationships with clients as a primary point of contact.

Market Access Strategy
- Develop and present strategic recommendations on:
- US market access strategy
- Pricing and reimbursement approaches
- Value proposition development
- Payer engagement and negotiation tactics
- Launch readiness planning

US Market Access Expertise
- Map payer decision pathways across commercial payers, PBMs, Medicare Part B/D, Medicaid (state-level), specialty pharmacies, and IDNs.
- Assess formulary access levers (tiering, PA/step edits, carve-outs, utilization management).
- Produce payer segmentation and prioritize target payers by likelihood-to-cover and commercial impact.
- Interpret payer primary research outputs (if available) or third-party interviews to generate payer messaging, value drivers, and evidence sequencing.

Pricing And Reimbursement
- Support US pricing inputs: list price considerations,
