This engineer will serve as the technical backbone of the Digital Experience (DEX) program, converting insights into automated remediations that eliminate friction and improve the digital experience for the workforce. This role goes beyond analytics - centring on engineering, automation, root cause analysis, and continuous endpoint improvement.
