We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager – Drone Data Collection to oversee and manage the collection, processing, and quality assurance of drone-based data across project sites. The role involves coordinating with drone pilots and field teams to ensure timely data capture, maintaining data quality standards, and supporting AI-based analysis for carbon and ecosystem monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely collection of drone data by coordinating with drone pilots.
- Collaborate with field teams to plan and schedule drone data collection activities.
- Process drone data regularly and generate orthomosaic maps from collected imagery.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across all sites.




- Generate AI-based analytical results from processed drone data.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data collection, data analysis, data quality management, GIS, or a related sector.
- Strong hands-on experience in data analysis and Python programming.
- Good understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
- Academic background in Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Experience in field data collection and team management.
