Responsibilities :

Use Case Development & Product Collaboration

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DEX use cases (e.g. performance, stability, adoption, compliance, automation)

Drive the adoption and value realization of Nexthink across the enterprise

Translate business and user needs into actionable Nexthink solutions

-
Contribute to the evolution of the Experience Management framework (e.g. XLAs, DEX KPIs)

Partner with Product Owners to integrate Nexthink use cases into product and service backlogs

Design and implement dashboards, campaigns, remote actions,



and automations

Advise product teams on experience‑by‑design using Nexthink insights

Support rollout, scaling, and operationalization of Nexthink capabilities across the organization

Technical Implementation & Automation

Develop and maintain scripts and automations (e.g. PowerShell, Nexthink Remote Actions)

Integrate Nexthink with the broader workplace ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, Chatbots)

Perform end‑to‑end workplace analysis and drive sustainable improvements

Enable and coach teams on Nexthink best practices, usage models, and maturity development

Required Qualifications

Education

-
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification

Or equivalent professional experience

Experience & Skills

Robust experience in Enterprise Workplace / Desktop Management
