As a Lead AI Software Engineer, you will drive AI engineering initiatives, guide development teams, and deliver scalable Generative AI applications that solve complex business challenges across industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and platforms
- Lead AI engineering initiatives and guide developers across multiple projects
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, AI frameworks, and enterprise APIs
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Collaborate with AI scientists and architects to operationalize AI and machine learning models
- Develop AI workflows including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions
- Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and optimized for production environments
- Drive adoption of AI engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD process
