Customer service, the FBT centre will drive cutting-edge digital solutions and agile ways of working.

Key Accountabilities and challenges
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP MDG processes, including data creation, updates, and governance workflows
- Act as a point of contact for business users regarding MDG-related queries and issues
- Provide guidance on CR creation, approvals, and data governance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Finance, and Supplier Support to resolve business-critical issues
- Analyze and resolve issues related to Change Requests (CRs), including submission errors and workflow failures
- Monitor and troubleshoot IDOC failures and integration issues impacting master data processing
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues impacting business processes (e.g., payment issues, vendor changes, master data inconsistencies)
