About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for our organization. The ideal candidate brings prior recruitment experience from the pharmaceutical/ healthcare/ wellness industry, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape, regulatory sensitivities, and skill sets unique to these sectors.

Key Responsibilities




Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structure, and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks, and pharma/wellness-specific talent pools.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career motivation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for scientific, clinical, sales, and operations roles within the pharma/healthcare/wellness space.
Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and drive timely decision-making with hiring panels.
Manage job postings across relevant platforms and industry-specific forums/communities.
Negotiate offers and manage the closing process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer-acceptance ratio) and report regularly to leaders
