Key Responsibilities

â Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations

â Maintain and update sales data MIS, reports, and customer records

â Act as a bridge between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams

â Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and market activations

â Communicate with channel partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment

â Support new market launches and product roll outs

â Handle queries and ensure timely resolution

â Prepare, manage and circulate sales report as per agreed cadence

â Track primary and secondary sales, stock movement and market coverage

â Lead generation

â Ensure timely delivery and stock availability at key points

â Maintain Master data sheet
â Use Zoho CRM to manage leads, accounts, contacts, and sales pipelines efficiently

â Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Zoho CRM for orders, follow-ups, customer interactions, and deal stages if required

â Ensure seamless flow of orders from Shopify and B2B customer Pose into Zoho Inventory

Requirements

â Strong communication skills

â Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Inventory Management (or willingness to learn quickly)

â Compulsory Beverage experience

â Sincere, responsible, and committed to work

â Good coordination and basic organizational skills

â Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets
