The Role
As a Digital Designer, you will have the opportunity to design high-quality ads and emails for our clients in a high-volume production atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the digital travel advertising industry and share your design experience with the team

You must demonstrate exceptional skills in design, communication, and time management, as well as thrive in a fast-paced environment, creating high-quantity advertising with demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities
Design HTML5 and static display banner ads for client campaigns
Use best practices to design large volumes of high-quality animated display advertising
Design with data and the user in mind
Build ads that reflect cohesive/consistent design with the client’s brand
Create ad copy in the absence of copy being provided
Take initiative to give recommendations on ad designs in the absence of direction




Apply animations to advertisements
Be comfortable with working on high-volume production
Ensure quality assurance from start to finish
Submitting designs for approval in a timely manner
Design, segment, and schedule email campaigns
Use best practices and cohesive design to align with the client’s branding
Design large volumes of monthly templated emails based on a pre-set content calendar
Occasionally, design bespoke, custom emails for clients
Segmentation guest lists and schedule emails
Assist with the creation of creative a/b tests for display ads and emails
Share a/b test results with customers and Client Success Managers to help guide them on ad design recommendations
Video shortening and basic video editing
Insert music and graphics
Ensure video follows a logical sequence
Assists with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
Work closely with Design Team Lead, Client Succe
