We are seeking a manager/senior manager for our life sciences R&D; practice with solid techno-functional background and expertise to bridge scientific insights and cutting-edge technology. We are looking for candidates who will thrive in environments where they can collaborate with scientists, product managers, and engineers to transform complex scientific data into actionable outcomes.

Roles and responsibilities
- Define & Execute programs and/or projects for business systems, platforms and processes for Digital R&D; capability, as a part of the Sector transformation team.




- Undertake got-to-market/presales initiatives including solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates for operations / projects. Partner with relevant solutions Delivery teams to ensure that the product and platform strategy balances the sophisticated needs of the R&D; function of our clients
- Ensure on time within budget compliant secure and quality delivery of portfolio & ensure services solutions platforms products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact. Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.
- Act as the primary domain liaison between scientific stakeholders and data & technical teams
- Act as the bridge between domain experts, business stakeholders, and technical teams, translating scientific and operational requirements into clear data transformation and architecture specifications
