About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated skilled to support our Indirect Taxation team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day GST compliance activities, preparation of statutory returns, maintaining tax records, and supporting audits while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
This position is on a Third-Party Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
GST Compliance
Verify GST invoices for inputs, capital goods, consumables, and services.
Support compliance with GST regulations, including Input Tax Credit (ITC), e-way bills, and vendor payment compliance.
Prepare GST invoices for export and service transactions.
Monitor job work challans and maintain related records.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect documents and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Follow up with supply chain teams, sales teams, and government authorities for GST-related documentation and approvals.
GST Returns & Reconciliation
Prepare data and supporting documents for filing GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITC-04.




Perform GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations with GSTR-2B.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve reconciliation issues and ensure timely compliance.
Records & MIS
Maintain HSN codes, GST rates, and tax master data in SAP.
Update production, sales, export, and capitalization-related tax records.
Prepare Legal Compliance Reports, Revenue MIS, and other statutory reports.
Support e-way bill compliance and maintain related documentation.
Audit Support
Assist during internal, statutory, and GST audits by preparing required data and documentation.
Provide timely information for GST assessments and departmental queries.
Learning & Development
Stay updated on changes in GST laws, rules, notifications, and circulars.
Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and functional capabilities.
Eligibility
Education
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
