Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations – AIF Fund role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day fund operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, and coordination with custodians, registrars, and other service providers. Responsibilities also include assisting with compliance-related documentation, supporting audit requirements,



and helping streamline operational workflows and projects. The role knowledge for investor onboarding, and operational excellence across AIF products.
Qualifications
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and investors.
Operations Management capabilities to handle day-to-day fund administration, transaction processing, and reconciliations.
Relevant experience in fund operations, asset management, AIFs, mutual funds, or related financial services operations.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and fund accounting or back-office systems; comfort working with data and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or investments are an advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines, and a collaborative approach to working in cross-functional teams.
