Job Overview: Celestix Industries is hiring a proactive and quality-driven Quality Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President. This role is responsible for end-to-end quality assurance, compliance, and process control for our custom wiring harness production lines. The right candidate will lead quality initiatives, manage audits, and enforce standards that align with global benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Assurance
Develop and implement quality control plans tailored for wiring harness manufacturing.
Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, and relevant industry certifications.
Drive improvements in First Pass Yield (FPY), Defects Per Million (DPM), and scrap reduction.
Conduct and lead both internal and external quality audits.
Utilize FMEA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve quality issues.
Process Control & Improvement
Define and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI).
Deploy Lean, Six Sigma,



and Kaizen methodologies to elevate quality performance.
Ensure thorough in-process inspection, testing, and validation of wiring harness assemblies.
Manage PPAP, APQP, and Control Plans to maintain production quality integrity.
Supplier & Customer Quality Interface
Collaborate with suppliers to validate incoming component quality.
Handle customer complaints, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and warranty concerns.
Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous improvement in vendor quality performance.
Team Leadership & Training
Manage a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
Organize training programs on IPC/WHMA-A-620, RoHS, REACH, and industry best practices.
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH, UL, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
