Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Term Life Advisor who has spent at least four years selling and advising on term life insurance, and who can operate independently from day one.

This is a hands-on advisory role, not a generalist sales role. You will own consultations end-to-end with high-intent customers from GrayQuest's education ecosystem — understanding their financial responsibilities, quantifying protection needs, and recommending the most suitable term life plan from a multi-insurer panel.

Because of the seniority of this role, we expect deep product fluency: underwriting logic, medicals, income and financial eligibility, rider structures, claim settlement realities, and how leading insurers differ from one another. You
