About The Role

This position involves designing, developing, and delivering advanced solutions for the Propel Product Information Management (PIM) application built on Salesforce. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills,



and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions while providing production support and engaging with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Propel PIM application features on Salesforce, ensuring scalability and performance.
Write high-quality, maintainable code and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and technical standards.
Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventive measures to enhance system reliability.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.
Conduct demos for stakeholders to showcase recent features and gather feedback for improvements.
