Role overview
We are looking for a data‑driven social media strategist who understands Instagram and Meta algorithms, studies analytics, and turns numbers into transparent content ideas and growth strategies for our gym.
This is not just a “posting” role – we need someone who can plan, analyse and guide content.

Key responsibilities
• Analyse Instagram and Meta insights weekly (reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, leads).
• Create monthly content strategy and calendar for Reels, posts, stories and carousels.
• Suggest content ideas based on performance: what topics, hooks, formats and timings work best.
• Work with our trainers and staff to plan and capture content inside the gym (workouts, tips, transformations, challenges).
• Optimize posts for growth: hooks, captions, hashtags, CTAs, and trends.
• Share simple weekly reports and action points (what to post more, what to stop, what to test next).

What we expect from you




• Strong understanding of Instagram and Meta algorithms (Reels, feed, stories, explore).
• Experience managing social media for gyms, fitness coaches, wellness brands or similar.
• Comfortable reading analytics and turning data into decisions and content ideas.

Nice to have
• Experience with paid ads on Meta (boosting content, simple lead campaigns).
• Knowledge of TikTok/YouTube Shorts and cross‑posting short‑form content.

Location and type
• Location: Rajkot (preferred) – open to remote if you can work closely with us online.
• Type: Full‑time / Part‑time – we are flexible based on your experience and availability.
• Compensation: Competitive, based on skills and experience (fixed + performance‑based incentives can be discussed).
