Summary

TARIL is seeking a motivated and technically sound Regional Sales Lead with 15–20 years of experience in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Responsible for driving regional sales growth by developing sales strategies, managing key customer accounts, leading and mentoring the sales team, and achieving sales targets. The role includes negotiating and closing business deals, identifying new market opportunities, coordinating with internal departments for tendering, product solutions,



and order execution, ensuring timely collections, and monitoring sales performance, forecasts, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region
Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
Key Account Management of Top customers
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and current market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Central Marketing and Product Design departments to develop solutions
