Positive Knowledge of UCCE & PCCE setup/components .Knowledge of VOIP, CUCM and Voice Gateway as well as End point registration,Out bound dailaing Set up -LCM ,CCMP & recording solution knowledge required.DBA ,SQL related knowledge is desirable.IVR or CVP related knowledge is also desired and would be an added advantage only.
