Job Description
Role Summary:Own and drive interaction design for complex features and journeys, ensuring intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions across products.Drive UX vision and interaction design strategy across products, leading teams, and shaping scalable design ecosystems.Key Responsibilities1. Design High-Quality Interactions- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs- Translate user needs and research insights into intuitive interaction patterns- Design for complex systems (enterprise tools, automotive interfaces,



digital platforms)- Take end-to-end ownership of key features/modules- Ensure consistency across touchpoints and adherence to design systems- Balance usability, feasibility, and business goals- Establish interaction design principles and frameworks- Drive end-to-end experience strategy across multiple products or platforms- Align UX vision with business goals and product roadmaps2.
