Position Summary
The ServiceMax System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the organization's ServiceMax platform. Working as part of the Enterprise Applications team, this role partners closely with IT Business Analysts, developers, and application leads to implement approved enhancements, support production operations, and ensure the platform remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
The successful candidate will maintain platform configurations, support users, troubleshoot application issues, assist with releases, and contribute to the ongoing stability and improvement of the ServiceMax workplace.

Essential Responsibilities
Administer and support the ServiceMax application, including user accounts, security, and system configuration.
Configure and maintain ServiceMax functionality, including SFMs, Wizards, Flows, Lightning page layouts, Objects, and application settings.
Administer users, roles, permission sets, and security assignments.
Support production incidents by investigating,



troubleshooting, and resolving application issues or escalating them when appropriate.
Work from functional requirements provided by IT Business Analysts to configure and implement approved system enhancements.
Collaborate with ServiceMax developers during solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Assist with application upgrades, regression testing, and release validation.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business reporting needs.
Support data imports, exports, and data quality activities.
Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for process and configuration improvements.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records, and knowledge articles.
Coordinate with PTC ServiceMax and Salesforce Support to resolve vendor-related issues.
