About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineering Manager to lead our Platform Engineering and DevOps organization. This role is responsible for building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams while driving the strategy, reliability, scalability, security, and automation of our cloud infrastructure and developer platforms.
The ideal candidate combines robust technical expertise with people leadership,



operational excellence, and strategic thinking to enable engineering teams to deliver software faster, more reliably, and securely.

What You'll Do:

Platform/Cloud Engineering:
Define and execute the platform engineering roadmap.
Build and evolve Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and self-service infrastructure.
Standardize infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment patterns.
Drive platform adoption across engineering teams.
Improve developer experience through automation and reusable platform capabilities.
Own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS cloud.
Ensure infrastructure is scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-efficient.
Lead Kubernetes, container platforms, networking, storage, and compute architecture.
Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Infrastructure Management & Scalability:
Design, deploy, and manage high-availability, low-latency cloud infrastructure on AWS
