Job Description
ITO Scope:
1. Interpret customer specifications to define the technical scope for Aeroderivative plant tenders.
2. Perform detailed analysis of major cost drivers; develop preliminary Bills of Quantities (BoQ) to support
competitive pricing strategies.
3. Identify technical risks during the tender phase and propose mitigation strategies to protect the project
margin.
4. Solicit and evaluate preliminary supplier offers for major plant items, ensuring technical alignment with standard plant models.

Partner with the Sales team to develop conceptual plant strategies, plot plans, and 3D visualizations for customer presentations.
6. Proficiency in estimating mechanical BoQs for gas power plants.
7. Experience in technical bid evaluations and identifying commercial/technical gaps.
8. Ability to translate high-level customer requirements into technical scope documentation.
OTR Scope:
1. Responsible for the Conceptual & detail design for Skid mechanical BoP (Raw water, Demin water, Gas fuel system, Liquid fuel system, firefighting system and effluent systems) for Gas Turbines plants.
2. Develop and manage mechanical Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and detailed mechanical specifications for all plant subsystems.
