Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flexera One Administrator to manage and optimize our Flexera One platform. As the Flexera One Administrator, you will be crucial in ensuring the effective utilization of our software and cloud assets, maintaining license compliance, and optimizing IT spending. You will be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the Flexera One environment. This role requires a deep understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, software licensing, cloud technologies, and the Flexera One platform itself. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, Procurement,



Finance, and business units, to align Flexera One with organizational needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:

System Administration and Maintenance:
Perform daily administration, maintenance, and support of the Flexera One platform.
Monitor system health, performance, and identify and resolve application-related issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as needed.
Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities, including testing enhancements and communicating changes to relevant teams.
Configure and optimize Flexera One modules and functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
Manage and maintain Flexera One agents and beacons deployment, upgrades, and monitoring.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Flexera One platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Flexera One efficiently.
User and Access Management:
Manage user accounts
