The Chance

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join EY’s rapidly expanding GDS GCO Enablement team and work closely with EY’s General Counsel’s Office (GCO) globally. The role requires demonstrated experience leading and developing high‑performing teams, including setting clear performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback and coaching, and managing formal performance processes. Further, the role requires proven capability across the full people lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, compensation and reward decisions, and talent development. In addition, the role requires deep industry knowledge in commercial contracting, risk assessment, data privacy, technology contracting, and complex negotiation,



with experience supervising the providing oversight of team members from a technical legal perspective.

As a senior lawyer, the Associate Director will oversee a team of lawyers in India (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Noida) and Argentina (Buenos Aires), drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery of consistent, high‑quality legal support.

- Lead multiple legal teams supporting various service lines and geographies on both client and vendor commercial contracts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of lawyers in India and Argentina, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
