Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective learners across multiple communication channels.
Understand learner aspirations, challenges, and long-term career goals.
Build trust through clear, helpful, and confident conversations.
Explain programs, mentorship model, and learner outcomes.
Qualify prospects and recommend the right learning pathway.
Follow up consistently with existing and potential learners.
Manage daily inputs, outputs, and performance targets effectively.
Represent the mission with energy, ownership,



and conviction.

Qualifications

Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Passion for sales, targets, and high-performance environments.
Experience handling ₹50K+ ticket sizes preferred.
