We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), and Salesforce platform development. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong experience in system integrations is mandatory, while data migration experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
Gather and analyze business requirements, providing scalable and productive technical solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams.




Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and technical design reviews.
Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
Develop reusable components, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.
Support system enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimization, and release management activities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies, including Agentforce and AI capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
Expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Lightning Aura Components Visualforce Salesforce Flows and Process
