We are looking for a Deputy Manager- Plant Engineering to join Endress Hauser FLIN at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.

What is the role about?

The role is responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership in Plant Engineering by ensuring reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement across plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.

It focuses on building robust engineering capabilities, driving maintenance excellence through TPM–PM practices,



ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading energy management and sustainability initiatives to support overall plant performance.

Which tasks will you perform?

Maintenance Strategy & Execution
- Planning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance through SAP EAM
- Developing and optimizing maintenance strategies (PM, TBM, CBM, Predictive)
- Improving maintenance practices based on RCA/RCFA learnings

Technical Leadership
- Acting as the technical authority for equipment and utility systems
- Standardizing engineering and maintenance practices
- Mentoring engineering teams and technicians

Reliability & Continuous Improvement
- Leading breakdown analysis and implementing permanent solutions
- Improving MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability
- Driving TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

Projects & Engineering Support
- Managing equipment installation, upgrades, and
