The Manager- Retail Wealth Technology will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing wealth management products to ensuring that we stay on the leading edge of technology. They will be expected to contribute across the frill technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, back end development such as integration, MQ setup, Middleware integration, external integration such as Bloomberg, All Funds, etc. As a Software Engineer they will work in a cross-functional team with the:
Business analyst, Designers and engineers to co-develop the wealth platforms
Having a basic understanding of Wealth Management platform
Coordinate between onshore and offshore and vendor of development resources to deliver the enhancements, projects on time with good quality
Responsible for the maintenance and integration with other systems in WM area.
Would be responsible to support internal business users
Software configuration management and version control.
Key Result Areas
Work in a cross-functional to deliver Wealth management products together with product and design
Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and productive solutions that enhance the client customer experience
Ensure technical documentation and review of deliverables is completed by meeting the project milestones
Ensure day-to-day BAU systems are stable and ensure maximum system availability
Support of BAU activities and involve any DR activities
Ensure security patches are applied in the system on a periodic basis and track the progress till closure
Follow best practice engineering processes, practices and Agile behavior
Effective communication and relationship with all stakeholders
Coordinate with Tech Dubai and Tech Bangalore.
