Join our AI automation product team to own and scale AI-driven automation across merchant-facing digital support channels including email, voice, WhatsApp, and in-app chatbot experiences.
What you'll do
Improve merchant support outcomes by building AI agents that classify, deflect, resolve, and escalate merchant queries with high accuracy and low operational risk.
Take over active delivery, improve production quality, and define the next phase of AI-led merchant self-service.
Increase automation coverage across merchant support channels and improve merchant support turnaround time. Improve health metrics for the agents already live
Expand autonomous resolution safely across more categories
Build a detailed roadmap for additional channels with measurable quality gates
Work in tight collaboration with AI engineering, CRM product and engineering, Customer Experience and Operations QA, InfoSec, Data Engineering and external vendors
Identify and build AI-native workflows using agents, MCP integrations, and LLM-powered tools to shorten cycle times and unlock recent product capabilities.




Analyze product and transaction data to guide decisions, monitor adoption, and identify issues.
What we're looking for
1–4 years of product management or related technical experience.
Engineering degree from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent).
MBA from a premier B-school (IIMs, ISB, FMS, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience owning B2B, SaaS, fintech, support automation, CRM, or AI products
Strong technical foundation — comfortable with APIs, system architectures, and technical discussions.
Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, email automation, or voice bots is highly preferred
AI tooling & Other skills
Hands-on with AI in daily workflows — building with it, not just familiar.
Practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt workflows, classification systems, and deterministic tool-based automation
Experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, code-gene
