Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Interact with clients to understand project requirements and problem statements.
Convert concepts and requirements into functional product designs.
Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings using CAD software, FDM/SLA, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, vacuum casting/laser cutting/other manufacturing methods.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for fabrication.
Test, evaluate, and iterate product designs.
Ensure timely delivery of finished products to clients.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle work pressure.
Maintain documentation, BOMs, revision logs, and project trackers.
Support the senior design and engineering team as required.




Knowledge of tolerances, DFM, and engineering fundamentals.
