Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Recruitment
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business consulting roles across India and global locations.
Develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies including tailoring to niche roles in Data, AI, Engineering, and Consulting
Leverage platforms like SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university channels to build strong pipelines.
Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate assessments and hiring team interviews.
Maintain SmartRecruiters with up-to-date candidate pipelines, notes, and reporting for visibility and
