About the Role
This role is responsible for driving SAP S/4HANA ABAP development excellence by establishing best practices, standards, and reusable solutions across technologies like ABAP OO, CDS, OData, HANA, Fiori/UI5, and BTP CAP. The position involves designing scalable technical solutions, resolving defects, enhancing UX, and ensuring high-quality code through governance tools. It also includes leading technical strategy, supporting project and BAU developments, managing system architecture,



and enabling team capability through documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous upskilling.

Responsibilities
Build development best practices, support to define standards and norms for S4HANA developments on ABAP OO, RICEFW, CDS, ODATA, HANA, Fiori/UI5 developments, as well as BTP CAP developments.
Ability to develop reusable objects in CDS, ABAP methods, Functional modules, custom BAPIs that would save development time and redundancy of code.
Responsible for maintenance of best practices of the FIORI system architecture, development setup guidelines.
Responsible for proposing best in class UX design for our FMCH solutions and bringing in the latest and optimal features, tools in UX implementation.
Ability to propose technical solutions, resolve technical defects, support for technical solutioning for ABAP RICEFW Objects in BAU and projects.
