We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to help us build exceptional teams across technology, operations, supply chain, dark stores, product, marketing, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end hiring across corporate, tech, operations, and leadership roles.
Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, campus hiring, agencies, and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and drive efficient recruitment plans.
Improve hiring metrics including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.




Develop and strengthen OK's employer brand across LinkedIn, job portals, campuses, and industry events.
Design and execute hiring strategies for rapid business expansion and recent dark store launches.
Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners.
Ensure structured interview processes, timely feedback, and seamless offer management.
Track recruitment dashboards, hiring funnels, and workforce planning metrics.
Mentor and lead the talent acquisition team while continuously improving recruitment processes.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years leading recruitment teams.
Experience hiring across multiple functions, including technology, operations, supply chain, and business roles.
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
Experience working in startups, consumer tech, e-commerce, quick commerce, logistics, or high-grow
