Python Tech Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise in Python, AWS, and PostgreSQL, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure high-quality system design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing robust, scalable applications.
- Define best practices for coding, architecture, and deployment.
- Solution Design & Development:




- Architect and implement solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL.
- Ensure system design aligns with business requirements and scalability needs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- System Design:
- Drive end-to-end system design, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Conduct design reviews and provide guidance on architectural decisions.
- Quality & Delivery:
- Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical
