ENGINEER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (based at Melaka, Batu Berendam, Semiconductor-Based Solution)

Inforligent Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Engineer Information Technology to join our team in Melaka, Batu Berendam (Semiconductor-Based Solution). This full-time role will be responsible for providing consultancy to BiZ user & the user community. Close the knowledge in BiZ user & user community.

We prefer candidates who have some IT technical experience in software development / AI . The role is Full time with RM 4,000 – RM 4,300 per month.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and close the gaps in tickets (incident/CR/Problem mgmt) handled by the service provider
Provide 1st level support for selective IT service products
Generate/improve documentation to sustain knowledge within the team and user community
IT system/service products relevant to monitoring

Adhoc operation tasks

Collaborate with other IT lines / relevant parties to complete tasks/assignment
Support testing, health check,



and any other assigned operation tasks.
Participant in Ops meeting as assigned
Identify improvement areas and deliver the improvement as agreed.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or an equivalent field.
1 to 3 years of experience as an Engineer Information Technology or in a similar role
ICS: experience in testing and reviewing internal controls, especially in the SAP context
General SAP background
IT technical experience in software development / AI will be an added advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
