? Urgent Hiring: Field Executive – Home Painting & Renovation | Chennai
? Location: Chennai (Field Role – Local Travel Required up 50KM)

We are hiring only FIELD EXECUTIVES who are ready to work on-site and manage real customer projects.
⚠️ This is NOT a digital, BD, telecalling, or office job.
If you enjoy meeting customers, visiting sites, solving real-world problems, and coordinating projects on the ground — this role is for you.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, site execution, home services, construction, interiors, or painting
• Two-wheeler mandatory for daily site visits
• Must be based in Chennai or nearby areas
• Willing to travel across Chennai for site visits and project execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Comfortable with daily field visits and on-site work• Robust communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously• Energetic, responsible, and execution-driven mindset• Prior experience in customer-facing field roles is a plus





? What You Will Do (Field-Based Role)
✅ Customer First Visit & Requirement Understanding
• Visit customer homes to understand painting or renovation needs
• Take site measurements, photos, and project details
• Explain services and guide customers professionally
✅ Quotation & Project Kick-off
• Prepare requirement-based quotations with office support
• Assist customers in finalizing scope and initiating projects
✅ Project Coordination (End-to-End)
• Coordinate between customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor painting and renovation work at site
• Ensure timelines, quality, and smooth execution
✅ Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned projects
• Handle concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
