We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect – HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable HR digital transformation solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, enterprise architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and stakeholder management.

This role requires close collaboration with business leaders, HR teams, technical consultants, and delivery teams to define solution architecture, drive best practices, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing HRSD solution architectures.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
- Drive platform governance, design standards, and architectural best practices.

HRSD Implementation & Configuration
- Architect and oversee implementation of:




- Employee Center / Employee Service Center
- HR Case Management
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Document Management
- Employee Journey workflows
- Configure and optimize workflows, catalog items, approvals, SLAs, and automations.

Integration & Technical Leadership
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems such as:
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle HCM
- Active Directory
- Payroll and third-party applications
- Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants throughout project delivery.
- Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance sessions.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management
- Work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define transformation roadmaps.
- Participate in requirement workshops, estimation, solutioning, and pre-sales discussions.
