About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Analyst with a strong background in IT software solutions to join our growing team in Pune. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business—translating functional requirements into scalable technical requirements, working closely with cross-functional technical teams, and playing a key role in successful project delivery.
With 8+ years of experience in technical analysis and enterprise software environments, you will be instrumental in ensuring solution integrity, system design efficiency, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, document, and translate complex business and functional requirements into detailed functional and non-functional technical requirements, ensuring alignment with product goals and KPIs.
Collaborate with product teams, software architects, developers, QA, UX,



and marketing teams—as well as business stakeholders—to deliver optimal software solutions and ensure smooth feature launches.
Create and manage user stories and epics in Agile frameworks; write explicit PRDs and break down features into actionable items while communicating technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
Define data flows, system integrations, and interface mappings across platforms, and support pre-development activities such as solution design, prototyping, and technical feasibility assessments.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process flows, and interface design documents.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement, and retrospectives; manage delivery, dependencies, and technical risks in collaboration with product owners and developers.
